About Since joining Pi Labs, Esha Vatsa has been covering the firms investments across a broad range of verticals within PropTech. She has led several deals including in FinTech and ConTech. Esha spends most of her time talking to founders who are looking to raise seed capital and working with our portfolio companies.

Before this, Esha spent time at a seed stage impact investment firm in India focussing on fintech and healthcare sectors, and has 5 years of experience advising on multi-million dollar international transactions in the telecom, energy and financial services. Esha has a degree in Business Studies from Delhi University and an MBA from London Business School.

Tzvete Doncheva is a start-up strategy advisor, working with companies on positioning and growth. She previously helped develop the ecosystem and portfolio initiatives at a London- based PropTech venture capital firm. A core activity of her work has been identifying innovative solutions and connecting the key stakeholders in the public and private sectors (transport and real estate) to enable open dialogue and future progress. Tzvete is also a non-exec trustee at Girls in Charge , a platform that aims to address the gender funding gap and increase the level of diversity in STEM industries by equipping young women with the life/business skills to get ahead and succeed in life through gamified workshops.
