Meagan has been featured in Business Insider 8x, most recently as the "Queen of Gen Z VC" as one of the top 29 up-and-comers changing the world of venture capital, and in Cosmopolitan as a Gen Z leader on Clubhouse in the U.S.. She previously worked at General Atlantic (growth equity), J.P. Morgan (asset management), BayBoston (growth equity), and Perry Capital (hedge fund). Lerer Hippeau is one of the most active seed and early-stage venture capital funds, based out of New York City, and invests in consumer, e-commerce, and enterprise software sectors.
Tzvete is the founder of the 'Ecosystem' project, that aims to tackle the issue of closed networks in venture. Its goal is to help very early stage founders in accessing pre-seed capital through a weekly newsletter and online initiatives. She is an advisor on startup strategy /positioning and a mentor to female founders (a non-exec trustee at Girls in Charge). Her experience in VC includes being on the investment team at a Berlin-based early stage supply chain-focused fund and in a platform role at the VC spin out of multinational real estate investment manager Round Hill Capital.
