Tessy Antony – de Nassau (formerly Princess Tessy of Luxembourg) is a social entrepreneur, UNAids Ambassador, Activist. She is also a proud mother of two young royal princes, humanitarian and businesswoman, who seeks to make a positive impact through her work - on society and the planet. She holds a M.Sc in International Studies and Diplomacy and an Honorary Doctorate for her work in global education. She also spent five years in the military and is a UNAids Global Advocate for Young Women and Adolescent Girls, actively committed to strengthening basic human rights for all and empowering young women around the world. Tessy stays engaged as Co-Founder and President of the Charity “Professors Without Borders”. She is also the Founder and Director of Finding Butterflies Consulting Ltd – a global consultancy providing resources on Impact/CSR projects and the Co-Founder of Human Highness, luxury organic wool fashion line focused on sustainability and female empowerment. In 2020, Tessy launched a new podcast series called “Tessy Antony de Nassau’s Zoom O’Clock", a project bridging the gap between being home and staying connected to inspirational people from all walks of life (guests have included women rights lawyer Cherie Blair CBE and Nobel Peace Prize winner Lameen Abdul-Malik). Tzvete Doncheva is the founder of 'Ecosystem', a project aiming to democratise access to the VC industry for less networked founders and junior VCs. She is an advisor on startup strategy and positioning. Previously Tzvete led the platform efforts at the London-based VC spin out of multinational real estate investment manager Round Hill Capital. A mentor to female founders (a non-exec trustee at Girls in Charge) and part of Shaper Impact Capital, a community-led volunteer project connecting purpose-driven companies with impact investors.
