Microsoft believe in the transformative power of engaging many different perspectives and trust studies that say that diverse teams perform better.
To contribute to the mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more, Microsoft decided to focus on diversity in our upcoming event of the ENABLE series. Together with with Annie Li (Recruiter at Back Technologies GmbH ), Judith Dada (Partner at La Famiglia VC) and Mikko Mäntylä (Head of Startup & Investor Relations at Slush.org ) they will discuss what diversity really means, what needs to be done to enable a diverse working environment, and how to enable social mobility within the European startup ecosystem. They are looking forward to an interesting discussion and the following virtual networking session with the participants. The event will be moderated by Zofia Przytocka (Startup and Partner Manager at Microsoft for Startups ).
