Facebook is seeking an experienced professional to help build and consultative-sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to start-ups & fast growing online advertisers. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and strong growth. The French startup ecosystem has reached some of its highest level of funding in the past 18 months and Facebook is looking to work even closer with entrepreneurs & VCs than beforeWe are looking for a professional that ideally has Start-Up ecosystem & Venture Capital knowledge and appetite. The candidate will have experience flexibility, complex project management and strong stakeholder experience. This role will require a self-starter who has demonstrated previous high level performance in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and problem-solving leadership. The role will be based in the Paris office.
Responsibilities
Design, build and run new programs and way of thinking to help Facebook increase his footprint in VC and Start-Up ecosystem
Collaborate, orchestrate and influence with various internal stakeholders (varions teams, X-country)
Drive operational excellence with Sales teams and cross functional partners and ensure coordination and the smooth business rhythms
Contribute to building a startup narrative with global VC partners from the EMEA region & the US
Ability to analyze business models especially for early stage B2C companies (Seed / Series A)
Identify new business opportunities and approaches, prioritizing against impact
Define, analyze and monitor key KPIs to track business impact
Improve and ensure VC relationships in the market
Support Facebook account managers in their day-to-day work with startups
Become the main POC for startups & VCs internally & externally (entrepreneurs, press…) and become a strong FB voice externally.
Collaborate with XFN to create a new presence of Facebook at Station F and develop a new program at Station F
Exceed commercial goals for yourself and the sales team
Ensure that our end-clients receive the highest level of commercial and operational customer service
Minimum Qualification
Strong interpersonal and influence skills (at all levels of an organization) and proven record of working as part of a team
Experience working in a matrixed complex organization across different teams
Knowledge and appetite for the VC and start-up ecosystem
Strong network in the startup & VC FR ecosystem
Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving strategic and operational excellence by building and leading projects
Demonstrated success and drive for complex project management
Proven and consistent track record of executing against growth & KPIs
Proven ability presenting to and influencing top level decision makers
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment, with flexible mindset
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualification
Experience in strategic consulting firms and/or Venture Capital experience
Financial analytical skills preferred
