With their headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and an international team of 70 employees, we are ready for the next phase. Today, Dealroom already has a well recognised brand in the startup ecosystem, with clients located globally across four continents. In the next phase we want to become a globally leading data provider for our three core segments: VC, enterprise, and government.
One of the key positions to help Dealroom scale is the Head of Marketing EMEA.
As Head of Marketing EMEA, you will have the opportunity to define and drive Dealroom's marketing strategy. You will build a marketing organisation, and execute a performance-driven marketing approach, that will enable the company to grow by:
Leveraging Dealroom’s content, brand and data to build marketing funnels
Generate demand and grow the pipeline to help accelerate the sales team
Designing & optimising the customer journey, with a data driven approach
Build a community, in line with the mission and vision of the company to be a central player in the startup ecosystem.
You will be trusted to establish a high-performing, integrated marketing team, identify talent needs, and build out your department. You will be given the ownership to prioritize markets, verticals and resources to ensure maximum growth, and to create and own the go-to-market strategy for new markets. You will start at ground level, spread the word about Dealroom, their successes and innovations to both press and public. In this role you will report directly to the CEO of Dealroom.

Job requirements - This is you...
8+ years experience in data driven marketing, in a data driven startup
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, and brand management
5+ years experience managing a team of marketeers with a proven track record of managing, coaching and scaling a team
Strictly B2B SaaS experience,
Recent hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. Has done product marketing, or has managed such a team. PR/Comms is an advantage.
Technical knowledge, tech oriented
A proven track record of setting up attribution models and working hands on with data
Track record of international scaling and optimizing
